| Pete schooled in environment engineering, and worked briefly for TurfTrax Group Ltd developing their weather data systems before starting up CWi Technical Ltd in 2001. CWi specialises in integrating remote data solutions into the internet, removing the need for businesses to train their staff in complex systems, and ensuring that all the data they required was available at the desktop through an internet browser. |

| Jeff has developed a career with solid foundations in media, design and marketing over the last decade starting out as a journalist at weekly newspapers in the Lincolnshire and Rutland areas. From journalism, a passion for design and marketing developed and as a result brite i design was launched in March 2006 as a result. |
| Specialising in brand development and cost-effective on and offline marketing solutions for SMEs, brite i design has grown and is now the preferred supplier to many businesses from sectors including travel, publishing, food and drink, gaming and finance amongst others. brite i is now focusing on growing with larger organisations and has since taken on all marketing and design work for a national luxury tour operator. |
